S&P upgrades Azerbaijan Business Development Fund’s credit rating to ‘BB’

International rating agency S&P Global Ratings has upgraded the long-term credit rating of the Azerbaijan Business Development Fund (ABDF) from “BB-” to “BB”, while affirming its short-term rating at “B”.
