Iran, Azerbaijan explore avenues of co-op in transportation

TEHRAN â Iranian Transport and Urban Development Minister Mohammad Eslami held talks with his Azeri counterpart Ramin Guluzade in Tehran on Wednesday during which the two sides discussed expansion of ties.
